Helping Daddy work

We thought Edmond might take his usual mid-morning nap while Daddy worked from home and Mommy went to the temple...nope. He must have sensed something was off and wanted to help Daddy work.

Laughing at Papa

We went to Papa and Nana's house for Papa's birthday yesterday.  While preparing dinner Papa was playing with a potato flakes box in front of Edmond who thought that was just the funniest thing ever!  He is quite the happy baby.

Laughing at Daddy

A recent discovery in Edmonds journey to laughing has been his enjoyment of Mommy and Daddy making funny faces/noises/tongue wagging. This is the result:

Slight grin...

Bigger grin...

All out hysteria...

And a cool down...

Salem Pond

We went to Salem Pond on Saturday and had a picnic.  This is close to the house where Kendra grew up.  Edmond had his first touch of grass.  He held his head up for a very long time because he didn't want his face to touch the ground.  Surprisingly he didn't cry.

Rearrangement

To break up all the posts about Edmond... we rearranged our front room!  Before and right after Edmond was born, things got pretty messy around here.  But lately we have been organizing everything.   It feels so much better when everything has a place.

Here is our homemade chandelier.  This used to be a standing lamp, but the base was broken and was leaning severely to one side, so instead of throwing it away and buying a new one, we dismantled it and hung it on the ceiling.

As you can see this post is not about Edmond.  Oh wait... there he is...

Rug Burn

Edmond is just over two months old and scootin' like a champ.  Just hasn't quite gotten the arms part down.

He takes after his polar bear brothers.

Good 'ol fashion Saturday morning photo shoot

The "How long can I make my spit drip" face.

The 'oblivious' face.

The "He he he, I dare you to check my diaper" face.

The "Hey! Stop Tickling me" face

The "Who said that?!" face.

The "Watch how big my spit bubbles get" face.
